
Elizabeth joined Jim’s team in October 2018 as Client Services Manager, where she plays a key role in supporting clients and ensuring a seamless service experience. She assists with account openings, provides timely updates, and helps guide client service projects and initiatives that directly impact each client.
With more than two decades of experience in customer care, Elizabeth is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex processes with clarity and confidence. She is known for her thoughtful approach and commitment to making each interaction as straightforward and supportive as possible.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology and Near Eastern Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies, from Wheaton College.
Outside the office, Elizabeth enjoys hiking with her husband, exploring the countryside, reading, and spending time with her wiggly, giggly grandchildren. She and her husband reside in Michigan.
