About Heather

Heather joined the team in September 2020 as Office Manager, bringing both a strong professional background and years of behind-the-scenes support for Jim. In her role, she oversees day-to-day office operations, supports client needs, and helps ensure the office runs smoothly in Manchester.

With a background in education, Heather brings a thoughtful, organized, and people-centered approach to her work. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Gordon College and a Master of Education from Salem State University. Heather is passionate about helping others succeed and values the opportunity to partner with Jim—both professionally and personally. Her strong organizational and administrative skills are a valuable asset to the team.

Outside of the office, Heather enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends and volunteering at Kaplan Family Hospice House. She and Jim live in Hamilton with their three daughters.
